Shipping:We provide a 3-5 working days flat rate shipping for £4.99 covering all of the United Kingdom mainland. Our order processing time is normally 24-48 hrs, please expect your items within 7 working days. Otherwise if the item purchased is labelled Available on back-order this arrival time will vary from 14-21 working days.
If 7 working days (or 21 days for back-ordered items) has passed without receiving notification from us, please contact us using our contact form.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or postage strikes. We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched.
Lost or damaged items:We use a third party courier service, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you have an issue with your package, you can find out more on the Collect Plus website – www.collectplus.co.uk. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any issues.
Local pickup:You can choose to pick up your item from; Unit 5-6, Kirky Arcade, 15 Cowgate, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow G66 1HW. Opening times may vary so please contact us to arrange a suitable pick up time.
Returns:Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or payment provider.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items:Only professional rackets range, shoes or bags discounted for no greater than 20% off may be refunded, unfortunately other sale items, including all clothing, bags and accessories cannot be refunded.
Warranty exchanges:We will replace items within 30 days if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect. The item must be sent to us for inspection along with sales receipt or invoice. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved we will send a replacement item free of charge. The damaged item will be kept by us. Please send us an email at email@example.com.
Return shippingYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

20 day goodwill insurance (Professional range badminton rackets ONLY):Accidents happen, we give you peace of mind for 20 days. If you claim your racket has been damaged from a clash and it can not be played with within 20 days of purchase and has been stung within the recommended tension we can offer a replacement for a small fee of £40 per racket including postage. We require and explanation, photographic evidence of the broken racket and purchase receipt or invoice. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your claim.
